About Us

Self-reliance through establishing self employment oriented small units is the message of today to the youth as per the policy ov govt. Of west Bengal.It is therefore imperative that immediate and organised measures be taken to boots the vast youth force of this state in a a positive way. There is growing need to train the youth on various trades to acquire technical skills. Private training Institutes are offering various vocational courses to take advantage of this situation where Govt. Institutes are not enough In number to cater to the demand of training on various vocational trade.It is believed that through this vocational training the large section of youth community would be made functionally efficient, economically productive and self-reliant .

The youth &service Deptt.(youth service branch),Govt.of west Bengal has come in order to cater to the increasing needs of the youth of west Bengal .being encouraged by the success achieved by the vocational Training Institute, state youth centre , Kolkata the facilities of vocational training are gradually being expanded to include the various district and sub-divisional head quarters of west Bengal.

Admission criteria
Admission is open to Indian  citizen in the age group of 18 to 40 years . The person should be at least madhyamik passe .The application from must be submitted in person at the institute. Last date of submitting the publications of advertisement in the News paper for each session

Application from should enclose the following:
1: Three passport size photographs.
2: Copy of Madhyamik admit card & mark sheet ,original certificate of the same will have to be produced at the time of admission.
Will have to be produced at the time of admission .
3: All the photocopies of certificate ,mark sheet, admit card and other testimonial should be attached by the Gazetted officer.

 

Facilities available at youth vocational training center( joka): 
1: lab facilities - The labs are well designed to provide a congenial environment for learning .The labs are equipped with arrange of the art computer.
2:Faculty - Our experts and experienced faculties are draw from the industries and business houses 
They young and friendly and the students can expert benefit from their focus on relating the critical issues to their business application. 
3:Study material - With a with a view to provide maximum facilities to students of the institute, important study materials through CD would be supplied to them from the institute.
4:Installment - Student could pay their total fee by installment .
5: Industrial tour - We are arranging industrial tour for existing and special students whom are enrolled.
6:Examination - Periodic/regular examination shall be conducted by the institute.
7:Final certificate - The certificate will be issued on successful completion of training .
8:Placement - We can place our students to that company which are conducting to us.
9:Tax benefits - If students submit his/her fee all at one time then he will get the tax benefit under 80g.
10: NCVT certificate - We can arrange our students to sit in NCVT exam.
